BuildTrue has no accounts and no sign up forms, and the site itself collects no personal data. Every calculator runs locally in your browser, and nothing you enter is collected, sent to a server, or shared. The one service that sees standard technical information is Google Analytics 4, described in full below.

What the site itself collects: no personal data

No accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that send us your numbers. Your calculations stay on your device: every calculator runs entirely in your browser, and the numbers you enter are never sent to a server, stored, or shared.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which calculators people use, roughly where visitors come from, and where pages can be improved. Google Analytics sees standard technical information: the pages visited, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location at the city level. It sets its own cookie, the _ga cookie, to tell visits apart. It does not receive anything you type into a calculator, because calculator inputs are never sent anywhere by this site.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on Google publishes for that purpose, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Every calculator on this site keeps working with analytics blocked or cookies off.

Your preferences on this device

Your measurement and currency choices are stored only in localStorage on your own device so the site remembers them next time. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

No advertising trackers

No advertising scripts, advertising cookies, or social media pixels run on this site. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as the page requested and the time, for security and operation. These are not used to profile visitors.
